TPE 135 Tubing with Shore-A 68 for peristaltic pumps
USP Class VI approval, production in clean room according to ISO 10993-5 and ISO 10993-4 standard.
Description
This tubing series made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) was specially developed for the usage in peristaltic pumps.
With a hardness of Shore-A 68, these tubings are flexible with remarkable resilience and bend radius. Furthermore, the tube material is characterized by low gas and oxygen permeability and is very low extractable/leachable.
The temperature range is between -50 °C and 135 °C.
These tubing can be sterilized by autoclave, ethylene oxide or electron beam.
These TPE tubings are free from PVC, DEHP and other plasticizers and offer a good alternative to silicone tubing.
Approvals and standards
Due to the USP Class VI approval, this tubing is used in pharmaceutical and bioprocessing applications, as well as in life science.
The tubing is manufactured in the clean room according to ISO 10993-5 and ISO 10993-4 standard.
