2/2-way diaphragm isolation solenoid valves with fluid separation.
With a low internal volume of only 4 μl (inlet), 25 μl (outlet) and optimized pumping volume, this valve series can be used to precisely control liquids.
The flange connection and the small size allow for easy integration into compact modules.
