Our pinch valves are used in various industries, from analytical and pharmaceutical applications to food processing.

Since there are special challenges in each area, we would like to introduce you to some customer-specific solutions below:

Example 1:

A customer from the analysis area contacted us because he could not find a pinch valve for his desired tube diameter.

Based on the EPK series, we developed a suitable pinch valve for him.

By optimizing the component dimensions, we were able to deliver a perfect fit for his specific tube requirements.

Example 2:

The customer's goal was to reduce the power consumption of the valve.

Using our PSK series pinch valves, we have developed a solution with an optional hit-and-hold circuit.

With this innovation, it was possible to significantly reduce power consumption in the holding state while minimizing heat generation.

In addition to these examples, it is also possible to extend the service life of the tubes and minimize the operating noise of the valves.
